First make consumption and demand peaks visible. Then design the right measure.
We do not start by selling equipment. We start with consumption, demand and cost. The energy calculator provides an initial self-check of electricity cost, average load and demand peaks. SISTEA then validates the data and develops measures for consumption reduction, peak shaving, load shifting, heat recovery, onsite generation and intelligent controls.

Self-screening plus professional energy analysis
For a meaningful energy assessment, please send preferably 6–12 consecutive months of electricity bills. This allows us to evaluate consumption, cost, maximum demand, seasonality, tariff structure and operating behavior, and to build a more robust baseline for identifying consumption reduction, peak-shaving and load-management measures.
Confidentiality: SISTEA treats all information received as strictly confidential and uses it solely for the technical and energy assessment. If requested, we can provide and sign an NDA before any documentation is shared.

ESI · Energy Savings Insurance
Structures the project around savings, contracts, technical validation and risk reduction. Depending on the program and project, it may include energy-savings insurance and a financing structure.

Cooling-as-a-Service
The customer does not necessarily purchase the chiller or refrigeration plant. Instead, the required cooling capacity or defined service is contracted while investment, operation, maintenance, monitoring and efficiency can be integrated into a long-term model.

Cooling Engineering
Chillers, industrial refrigeration and cold chain with a systems approach
We evaluate real load, climate, operating temperatures, redundancy, seasonal efficiency, hydraulics, controls and total cost of ownership. Equipment selection comes after the analysis.
